A Tradition of Light, Love, and Remembrance

For nearly forty years, Partners In Home Care’s Tree of Life has been a meaningful tradition in Western Montana. Since 1987, our community has gathered each December to honor and remember loved ones, illuminating a tree as a symbol of love, comfort, hope, and remembrance.

The History of the Tree of Life

The original Tree of Life stood in Rose Park, where it became a familiar beacon of connection for families throughout the region. After the tree fell during a powerful storm in 2024, the tradition found a new home at the Missoula Children’s Theatre, where it continues as a living tribute to the lives and memories we hold dear.
