Join us for the 39th Annual Tree of Life Ceremony!
For nearly four decades, Partners In Home Care’s Tree of Life has been a cherished tradition in our community—a time to gather together, honor those we have lost, and celebrate the love and memories that continue to inspire us.
Each light on the Tree represents the lasting memory of someone we wish to honor and remember. Throughout the holiday season, the Tree shines as a symbol of remembrance and hope.
We invite you to join us for an evening of reflection, music, and community.
Enjoy refreshments, music, and fellowship. Guests are invited to create an ornament in honor of a loved one or take home a handcrafted ornament bearing their loved one’s name from the Tree of Life.
