Western Montana’s only locally owned, nonprofit hospice and in-home care provider, serving our community since 1987.
Together, we ensure every patient, regardless of background or income, receives compassionate, state-of-the-art end-of-life care.

Focused on Comfort, Guided by Compassion

Hope Hospice Center, with clinical care provided by Partners In Home Care and created and sustained by Partners Hope Foundation, provides around-the-clock end-of-life care in a serene, state-of-the-art setting. Our compassionate team of hospice professionals focuses on intensive symptom management, supporting patients with complex needs that cannot be safely or effectively met at home.

Hope Hospice Center offers general inpatient (GIP), residential, and respite care, all in one state-of-the-art setting with private rooms, welcoming common areas, and space for families to gather, grieve, and heal.

What We Offer

General Inpatient (GIP) Hospice Care

When a patient’s symptoms require 24-hour medical care, our General Inpatient (GIP) service provides short-term, intensive support in a peaceful, home-like setting. Hope Hospice offers an alternative to hospital care, with continuous symptom management and compassionate clinical oversight.

Residential
Hospice Care

When staying at home is no longer possible, residential hospice care offers a warm, compassionate setting for individuals in their final weeks of life. We care for patients whose needs exceed what their caregivers can manage, supporting both patient and family with comfort, dignity, and presence.

Respite
Hospice Care

Caregiving can be physically and emotionally demanding. Respite care provides up to five days of short-term inpatient support, allowing caregivers the opportunity to rest, recharge, and return to their loved ones with renewed energy and focus.

Not sure which level of care is right for your loved one? Our team will help evaluate needs, explain financial options, and walk with you every step of the way.
