Polson Summer Bereavement Support Group

Partners in Home Care in association with the North Lake County Public Library offers a supportive six-week in person grief support group designed for adults coping with the death of a loved one.

This group will provide educational insights on grief and loss, as well as a safe space for participants to share their experiences with others who have been through similar experiences.

We recommend waiting at least 2 months after a loss before attending. The group is free of charge and open to all adults in need of support.
