Our Pet Companion Program provides visits from our furry canine friends. These visits can make a huge difference to patients and their families. The simple act of petting an animal can relieve stress, reduce anxiety and even relieve pain and discomfort. The gentle nature of our pet companions provides comfort and often prompts fond memories of pets our patients have known and loved during their lives.
To Request a Visit from one of these special creatures, please contact your Social Worker or Case Manager at 406-728-8848.
For More Information on the Pet Companion Program, contact our Volunteer Coordinator Gretchen, at [email protected] or call 406-728-8848.
Tom & Moose Together
Our pets have one simple goal – to give and receive love. Their visits make patients feel loved and help melt away fear, loneliness, and stress. Trained to be good companions, they relish the opportunity to be of service to patients and their families.
