This position provides skilled nursing care to assigned clients in residences throughout the Lake County area, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning and implementation of care, including instruction and evaluation of the patient/family.  Work includes both Home Health and Hospice patients.  Schedule is PRN or "as-needed".  Participates in rotating On-Call and weekend coverage.  Position requires current Montana RN license (BSN preferred); 3 years of RN experience, with 2 years in home health or hospice nursing preferred; valid Montana driver’s license, auto insurance & reliable transportation.
