The Customer Service Rep supports the Durable Medical Equipment program by performing
order entry; posting charges, payments and adjustments to accounts; answering
phone calls; solving problems for clients and assisting walk-in customers
regarding DME products. Schedule is 20
hrs/wk, with occasional full-time coverage.
Requires high school diploma or equivalent, with additional education in
accounting or business preferred; medical billing experience preferred;
experience with computerized accounting or business systems, data entry,
telephone skills, word processing and spreadsheets required.
